This rifle has a solid steel stock, which is lighter than ever before, and uses only aluminum.
Beretta has improved the stock using modern technology, machining the bottom and side plates and removing excess material. It maintains the well-known Beretta stability and quality. The locking mechanism is taken from the Beretta 690 series and uses the proven side locking mechanism with self-adjusting pins. The elegant floral engraving, illuminated from different angles, creates a striking visual impression, as does the Ultraleggero logo. Together with the high-quality finish, it gives the weapon a modern and recognizable design that makes it unique. The Ultraleggero has a unique trigger and barrel switch on the safety, which allows you to quickly and easily select the first shot with precise lateral movement. The aluminum barrel mechanism is borrowed from the 694 model. Together with the barrel design, it ensures a smooth and precise opening of the weapon. The trigger is slightly forward and works independently of the safety. Each part of the pistol grip is carefully selected, lubricated and tested by experts to ensure the best technical and aesthetic quality. The path has been extended, resulting in a weight reduction of 129 grams compared to other Beretta models. The handle and fore-end are made of oiled walnut, quality class 2.5, which protects the wood from the elements. The handle and fore-end are covered with an ergonomic mesh that ensures a secure grip even in bad weather conditions. The Extralight® handle provides excellent stability, optimized shock absorption and is 30% lighter than the standard version. It has a closed-cell structure that is highly durable and waterproof. The Ultralegero is equipped with the Beretta Stylium Optima Bore HP barrel, available in lengths of 61, 66, 71 and 76 cm. The tapered Optima geometry ensures high accuracy and excellent barrel stability. It also reduces recoil and shot dispersion. The ventilated 6x6 front sight is non-reflective and has openings that allow the installation of a traditional steel front sight. The Ultralegero can be used with the Peradox OCHP silencer. This slanted silencer (in the last 50 millimeters) helps improve bullet dispersion at short distances. An excellent choice for hunting in dense forest, at a distance of 10-15 meters.
